Our terms and conditions stated on this page protects the integrity of the clients who do business with Invincilete Sports Academy LLC.

I would like to thank you for investing and believing in me, but most of all trusting me with your child’s athletic training and development. This is something I value greatly and do not take lightly.

Automated Monthly Recurring Commitment

This will be billed automatically via our online billing system, Sam Cart, before the beginning of each month.

Notice of cancellation for this 1 month contract will need to be given 30 days in advance or else you will be automatically rebilled with no refund.

Quarterly Payment

This will be billed automatically via our online billing system, Sam Cart, before the beginning of each new quarter.

Notice of cancellation for this 3 month contract will need to be given 30 days in advance of the start of a new quarter or else you will be automatically rebilled with no refund.

6 Months Payment

This will be billed automatically via our online billing system, Sam Cart,  before the beginning of each 6 month period.

Notice of cancellation for this 6 month contract will need to be given 30 days in advance of the start of a new 6 month period or else you will be automatically rebilled with no refund.

12 Month Commitment

This will be billed automatically via our online billing system, Sam Cart,  before the beginning of each 12 month period.

Notice of cancellation for this 12 month contract will need to be given 30 days in advance of the start of each new year or else you will be automatically rebilled with no refund.

As per make-up classes, unfortunately due to continued abuse of our once-lenient makeup class/training session policy, we can no longer offer makeup classes, other than for the classes that we cancel on our end.

If you are anticipating an extended absence from class and need us to place a pause on your membership, you may inform us via text message or email.

For truly extenuating circumstances like sickness, you may submit a request for a makeup class along with any supporting documents, but we cannot guarantee approval of your request. If there is rain or inclement weather, we will notify you and cancel classes for those days. We will also give you make-up class credits for the canceled days.

The reason for the upfront 1 month commitment is due a change in my business standards and operations. 

As I have grown as a Basketball, Soccer & Multi-Sports skills trainer and business owner I have seen first hand the results of our students and players who are committed, come to each session and do the homework that I assign to them after each week. 

Due to my high standards and high expectations of your child, my player, we will need to enforce this new high standard so they and I can be held accountable for their continued growth, happiness, discipline and increase in their core skills.

In addition, this commitment will allow me to sustain a consistent quality of care for your children.
